P3 - Define Data Type: the
collected data type from the evaluation can be quantitative and/or qualitative. The quantitative data are numeric
results that predict the quantity of answers attributed to determined item of a question. The qualitative data is
composed of subjective information related to the participant’s opinion about studied object. These data aim to predict
what kind of information the evaluator intends to obtain. Albuquerque et al. suggest the use of two data types, in
order to obtain a wider and more complete view about the participant opinions. Barisic et al., on the other hand, use
quantitative data and consider that to be sufficient for the goal of their research.
